LuckyStar Vending LLC. only operates and vends amusement devices that are lawful skill games pursuant to state law and have been designed to comply with current and upcoming state law. The outcome of our games is predominantly determined by skill rather than chance and therefore is not a “Gambling Device” per se.
What are skill games?
Skill - An ability learned through training, instruction, or experience. Proficiency acquired on developed through practice.
Are skill games allowed in your state?
There are three elements for something to be considered a gaming device in the commonwealth of your state:
Consideration, Chance, and Reward.
Consideration: putting the money in the machine
Chance: you press the button, and you win or lose
Reward: you get something back
We replaced that chance with predominant skill, which means you must interact with the machine in order to win and claim reward.
Is this device in compliance with the current skill game law in your state?
The games on all of our devices are skill based with interaction required from the players. The games on our machines require a high degree of interactivity with the player and the only way to win. Requires the player to assert skill to gain a winning hand.
LUCK AND CHANCE ALONE HAVE NO ROLE IN WINNING ON OUR MACHINES
